How Does It Work?

  2. Receive confidential assessment questionnaire
  3. Return questionnaire
  4. Be assigned coach or receive call to discuss the suitability of the programme
  5. Make payment
  6. Receive call from coach to arrange your appointments
  7. Receive email with access to course materials
  8. Download the session materials in preparation for your calls each week
  9. Post course follow up calls are available as an optional extra

You will learn to:

  • Practice ways of staying calm
  • Take back control
  • Control stress inducing thoughts
  • Identify stress triggers and learn to de-escalate situations
  • Cultivate resilient behaviour

You will receive:

  • A validated stress questionnaire
  • Relaxation exercises on MP3 files
  • 6 x 1 hour telephone sessions delivered by a dedicated coach
  • Session by session notes that build into a fitforlife.tel workbook
  • Telephone coaching appointments at a time & place to suit you

You will need:

  • Access to a computer to download the materials
  • A printer to print off the session materials
  • A means of listening to the relaxation exercises on MP3 files
  • A confidential telephone line
